Your Hair!

"Your hair!", this is the very first greeting from friends in Cambridge upon my return from Asia. My short hair is a result of 2 consecutive DIY cuts within a week in Cambridge before flying to Japan, followed by one quick trim in a salon in Penang under my mum's strict command.

Here is the story of Kyoto and my hair. There was one night of me at the most busiest junction in Kawaramachi Kyoto (downtown of Kyoto), I was resting in a bench besides the junction while observing people, a luxury hobby you could only savor when you travel alone. After two hours of observation (if you could reach this state, which is spending 2 hours observing people and doing nothing, then you're qualified to travel alone! hehe!), the statistic reflected that out of 100 pretty Japanese girls, you could only get one in short hair! Jeez! I want to keep my hair long again!

Met most Kyoto girls in kimono in the area of Kiyomizu Temple; they are either "white face" or "normal face". This is the closed up shot of a "white face" kimono gal. There are a few shops in the area of Kiyomizu Temple which offer professional "white face" make-up services.
These 2 Kyoto girls were praying at the "love" section (pray for the relationship) in Kiyomizu Temple.
CL and "white face" Kyoto gal under one umbrella!
